Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage Omni's social media content across the Instagram feed and stories.
  • Develop content ideas, themes, and posting plans aligned with campaigns, classes, and brand priorities.
  • Capture day-to-day photo and short-form video content around the club for Instagram Stories and social media use.
  • Curate and reshare relevant member, coach, and influencer Instagram Stories to strengthen community engagement and brand visibility.
  • Assist on shoot days when needed (basic on-ground support, coordination, content capture).
  • Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers/KOLs across wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and travel.
  • Handle influencer communication from initial outreach and briefing to final deliverables.
  • Track posting schedules and ensure agreed content is delivered on time.
  • Support reporting on influencer and social media performance.
  • Respond to Instagram DMs promptly, professionally, and in Omni's brand tone.
  • Support management of the Omni WhatsApp Community (announcements, basic replies, escalation when needed).
  • Monitor and respond to Google Reviews in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when needed.
  • Act as a key community touchpoint, ensuring consistent, thoughtful communication across platforms.
  • Prepare monthly reports covering social performance, story engagement, influencer activity, and community insights.
  • Flag trends, recurring feedback, or content opportunities to the Marketing Manager.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive output.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices relevant to Omni's audience
