GreedyGame is a fast-growing mobile advertising and monetization platform helping global brands and developers scale user acquisition and revenue through innovative, performance-driven campaigns. We specialize in integrating influencer-led and social-first marketing strategies into mobile growth funnels powering measurable ROI across Southeast Asia. As we expand our footprint in Indonesia, we're seeking a local Influencer Marketing Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, ROI-focused environments and understands the pulse of Indonesian digital culture.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, vet, and onboard high-impact Indonesian influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and local social platforms aligned with campaign goals.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing and content guidelines to performance tracking and post-campaign optimization.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and exclusivity terms with influencers while ensuring brand safety and compliance.
  • Track KPIs (engagement rate, CTR, CPI, conversions) per influencer and campaign, and provide data-backed recommendations for scaling what works.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Product teams to align influencer content with product messaging and user journey.
  • Stay ahead of Indonesian social trends, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging micro/niche influencer communities to unlock untapped audiences.

  • Experience working with performance marketing or mobile UA teams
  • Indonesian market experience ( min 3-4 years )
  • Mobile apps promotions
  • Good communication skills in english.
