We're hiring a virtual assistant to run high-volume influencer outreach. This is a simple, repeatable workflow focused on speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Research and DM 100 targeted influencers per day across 3–4 Instagram accounts
- Track outreach status and responses in our sheet/CRM
- Surface qualified replies and opportunities for my approval
- Follow basic guidelines on who to target and who to skip
- Maintain account hygiene (avoid flags/locks, rotate timing)
Requirements
- Strong, reliable internet connection
- You have a US proxy/VPN already
- Comfortable working daily with consistent output
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Deep knowledge of Instagram/TikTok
Compensation
- $3–4/hour
- 2-3 hours/day
- Paid 2x/month
- Performance bonuses for qualified leads closed
