As an Influencer / KOL Lead, you will- Develop and execute Influencer/KOL strategies aligned with the brand direction and launch goals.
- Identify, recruit, and manage a mix of Mega / Macro / Micro / Nano influencers based on target audiences.
- Own end-to-end KOL campaigns: planning, briefing, execution, rate negotiation, and budget allocation.
- Ensure influencer outputs meet brand tone, content quality, and deadlines, coordinating revisions when needed.
- Track and report performance (reach, engagement, CTR/ROI, where applicable) and translate data into clear optimisations.
- Manage operational workflows, including contracts, deliverables, and payment coordination.
- Work closely with the content/creative/performance marketing team to keep messaging consistent across campaigns.
- Stay up to date on Indonesian creator trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- 13 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing (agency, brand, or talent management).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia's influencer ecosystem and how to select creators based on audience fit.
- Confident in negotiation, budgeting, and influencer performance evaluation.
- Comfortable working fast, managing multiple creators at once, and keeping projects organised.
- Familiar with TikTok & Instagram content formats and best practices.
- Bahasa Indonesia required; English is a plus (for regional coordination).
- Willing to work WFO in Jakarta/ Hybrid.
