Responsibilities :
- Support end-to-end KOL/Influencer campaigns, from briefing and sourcing to execution and reporting.
- Assist in KOL sourcing and listing for campaign proposals based on objectives, target audience, and platform.
- Help prepare proposal materials and campaign decks, including basic KOL justification, performance metrics, and budget tiering.
- Coordinate internal and KOL briefings, storyline alignment, and content review processes.
- Monitor posting schedules, deliverables, and timelines, and assist in issue handling during campaign execution.
- Maintain daily communication with KOLs, Account team, and internal stakeholders.
- Update campaign trackers, WIP sheets, KOL databases, and reporting documents.
- Collect campaign and KOL insights to support interim and final reports.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs.
Qualifications :
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital media, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and how influencers operate on each.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Previous internship experience in marketing or influencer-related roles is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
