Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Relations professional to oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws, and manage complex workplace dynamics within OCBC Bank. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in labor regulations, dispute resolution, and foreign worker management.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage workplace grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination cases (including PKB) in full alignment with Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).

Foreign Worker Management: Oversee end-to-end compliance for expatriate employees, including work permits, tax obligations, and local regulatory adherence.

Policy Development: Draft, review, and update internal Industrial Relations policies and employment agreements to ensure legal robustness.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for Bipartite and Tripartite negotiations with trade unions and government agencies.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve potential labor-related risks to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of Industrial Relations experience, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.

Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Foreign Worker Regulations, and employment contract management.

Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in dispute resolution.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law.
