Job Description

Responsibilities

Help implement company policies related to labor and employee matters.
Build and maintain good relationships with the company, labor unions, and related institutions (Tripartite).
Support resolving disputes and assist in negotiations between the company and employees or unions.
Help manage and coordinate with debt collectors to settle outstanding issues.
Prepare and review legal documents related to labor affairs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
At least 2-3 year of professional experience in industrial relations, labor law, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law, with proven skills in communication, negotiation, and legal drafting.
Valid PKPA and UPA certificates are mandatory.
Willing to be based in Cakung, East Jakarta, and able to travel for business purposes as needed.
