Job Description

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage employee benefits administration (BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, assertive, and with high integrity

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage industrial relations between the company and employees in a professional and positive working environment
  • Coordinate with relevant external parties (Manpower Office, government authorities, and other stakeholders)
  • Control and manage company licensing and permit
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting employee attendance reports
  • Monitor and validate employee attendance data and medical claims
  • Administer employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc.)
