Job Description Summary :
This role has a core focus on Industrial Relations, supporting the development and delivery of Employee Relations strategies.
Job Description:
- Managing grievance procedures.
- Overseeing dispute resolution involving employees, management, unions, government agencies, other firms, etc.
- Advising management on issues regarding union-management relations, such as contract negotiations.
- Negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the union.
- Advising the HR staff to ensure compliance with the union contract.
- Consulting with members of the executive HR staff regarding personnel policies.
- Preparing paperwork related to labor relations assignments.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum 2 years experience specialized in Industrial Relation field.
- Willing to work mobile and traveling to company areas across nation.
- Have a strong knowledge on related law and regulation and preferred been exposed to business standard related to Industrial Relation and/or Human Resources.
