Mission:
This role maintains harmonious relations with workers and the union, ensures compliance with labor regulations, and manages general affairs such as facilities, vehicles, security, permits, and foreign-worker/visitor legality. The addition is needed to reduce the risk of disputes and keep operations running smoothly.
Job Description:
- Manage the bipartite forum, union communication, and CLA/PP drafting/renewal.
- Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions per regulations.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing labor regulations.
- Manage facilities, assets, vehicles, security, permits, vendors, and foreign-worker/visitor legality.
Requirement:
- Min. bachelor's in Law, Management, or relevant Social Sciences.
- Min. 4–5 years, incl. min. 2 years in HR Industrial Relations and / or General Affairs.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and Industrial Relations.
- Experience in union management, CLA/PKB negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Industrial Relations Mediator/Conciliator certification is a plus.
- Have certification in Industrial Relations Mediator/Conciliator is preferable.
- Technical skill: Labor law, bipartite/CLA negotiation, dispute handling, facility & permit management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.
