Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership & Business Strategy
- Develop and implement Industrial Business strategies aligned with organizational and global business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across APAC.
- Lead regional sales activities and manage channel partner performance.
- Develop and strengthen dealer/distributor networks across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging customer needs, and market potential.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Expand market share and increase revenue from existing and new customers.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop business opportunities across:
- Marine Applications
- Construction & Mining
- Firefighting Systems
- Dewatering Pump Applications
- Build strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key customers.
- Support onboarding and development of channel partners and distributors.
Customer & Channel Relationship Management
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, and OEMs across APAC.
- Ensure effective technical and aftermarket support in coordination with service teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business performance.
Sales Operations & Order Management
- Manage complete sales lifecycle including quotations, negotiations, order processing, and execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales operations, logistics, service, and headquarters teams.
- Monitor regional sales performance and drive operational excellence.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Support and drive regional marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Increase market visibility and strengthen brand presence across Industrial segments.
- Develop strategic plans for penetration into new markets and customer segments.
Aftermarket & Customer Experience
- Collaborate with service and aftermarket teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.
- Support application engineering teams during new application development and customer implementation.
- Drive strong post-sales customer engagement and satisfaction.
