Industrial Engineer

Job responsibility

1. Lead and define the improvement activities for product structure design & manufacturing process to improve product quality, and improve efficiency
2. Ensure the root cause analysis on customer complaints. Work with team to develop and implement corrective, action plan and implementation in collaboration with QA, MFG & ME Team
3. Driving the Process inspection, POKA YOKE (Mistake Proofing) improvement, process and fixture design and optimize
4. Ensure the DFM review of new products are carry out according to company policy
5. Analysis and countermeasure of abnormal quality of production line and ensure all verification report and conclusion are available

Requirement

1. sBachelor or above on related field and at least having 3 years experience as Industrial Enginee
2. rUsed to manage manufacture engineering process and improvement
3. sFamiliar with Kaizen and lean project implementation, VSM, TPM, One piece flow/ flow lean tools, SMED, Cellular Manufacturing, and Controlled inventory buffe
4. rSkilled on new factory layout design, clean room design and Provide technical support for company information, and automatio
