Indonesian Language Expert (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for Indonesian language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Indonesian-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Indonesian — making a real impact on one of the world's most widely spoken languages.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to native and near-native Indonesian speakers who take pride in their language and want to do meaningful, well-compensated work on their own schedule.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Indonesian translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Indonesian
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian
- Strong written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Solid command of contemporary Indonesian usage across different registers and contexts
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, thorough approach
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
- Awareness of regional Indonesian language variations and dialects
- Background in writing, journalism, or communications
