Indonesia Regional Sales Director - Electrical Product - Mandarin Speaker

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the channel development and sales of project business in the Indonesian market, and implement and complete the annual sales plan required by headquarters.

2. According to the headquarters marketing strategy, increase sales value, control costs, expand product sales in the responsible area, and expand product Market Share;

3. Maintain Customer relationships, maintain good communication, grasp customer needs in real time, and provide customers with proactive, satisfactory and thoughtful services.

4. Responsible for collecting market and industry information.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the electrical industry.

2. Strong knowledge of electric motors and drive systems, with experience in project-based motor sales being highly preferred.

3. Passionate about sales, proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good market awareness and the ability to explore new business opportunities.

5. Willing to work and travel within Indonesia as required.

6. Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken & written.
