ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). The mission of the company is to integrate the sports spirit of Going Beyond Oneself into everyone's daily life. ANTA Sports principally engages in design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Over the years, the company formed three brand groups: Performance Sports Brands, Fashion Sports Brands and Outdoor Sports Brands, empowering everyone who loves sports. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process of store renovation projects for Anta Indonesia's Wilson, Salomon, and Anta brands (including new store construction, existing store refurbishment, and terminal image upgrades). Exercise comprehensive control over project timelines, construction quality, and fixture cost management to ensure compliance with brand standards and local operational delivery requirements.
- Develop and refine regional store project supervision systems, processes, and operational standards based on Southeast Asian building regulations and local supply chain characteristics, achieving standardized and localized project management.
- Organize store application documentation for submission to brand headquarters for design approval, and coordinate with subsidiaries/clients for design scheme confirmation.
- Review construction organization designs and critical phase plans (e.g., brand identity implementation, fire safety compliance, eco-friendly material usage). Chair key milestone review meetings and promptly address quality/safety incidents during construction.
- Oversee final inspections for regional store projects and follow up on rectifications.
- Manage fixture account reconciliation and payments.
Requirement:
- Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in majoring in Construction Engineering, Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years of construction supervision experience, including at least 2 years managing retail brand store projects (store fit-outs, commercial space construction).
- Proficient in Indonesian regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Expertise in store fit-out techniques and brand image implementation requirements, with the ability to independently review construction plans;
- Practical skills in project planning, cost control, and procurement; understanding of local construction resources and material supply chain characteristics in Indonesia;
- Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Indonesia Bahasa and Mandarin preferred, in order to liaise with international and local counterparts;
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia; strong problem-solving abilities and cross-cultural collaboration awareness.
