A leading
international consultancy with a strong track record across Asia-Pacific is seeking a
Project Management Director to lead its Indonesia business. Renowned for delivering complex, mission‑critical programmes, the firm is at the forefront of the region's fast-growing data centre sector.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for a
large, multidisciplinary project management team, overseeing delivery across a diverse portfolio of
new-build and fit-out projects, with a dominant focus on
hyperscale and enterprise data centres.
The Role- Lead and scale the Indonesia project management and programme delivery function
- Oversee a significant pipeline of data centre projects, from early-stage planning through to execution and handover
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across project management, cost, planning, and controls
- Act as a senior client interface, maintaining relationships with global investors, developers, and operators
- Drive operational excellence, governance, and best-in-class delivery standards
- Contribute to regional growth strategy, working closely with APAC leadership
Experience
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale programmes or portfolios (preferably data centres, infrastructure, or complex real estate)
- Background in consulting, project management, or client-side programme leadership
- Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex capital projects
- Commercially astute, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in Southeast Asia and/or Indonesia strongly preferred
- Fluent English essential; Bahasa Indonesia advantageous
