ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). The mission of the company is to integrate the sports spirit of Going Beyond Oneself into everyone's daily life. ANTA Sports principally engages in design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and merchandise operations across all online platforms and sales channels.
- Understand e-commerce merchandising logic and leverage data analysis to maximize product performance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze industry and market data to define product positioning, optimize product assortment, and plan promotional strategies; accountable for sell-through rate and discount management.
- Develop and manage the full product lifecycle strategy, including annual merchandising and promotion planning.
- Conduct regular data analysis on product performance, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with operations teams to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze consumer demand and behavior using data-driven approaches to continuously optimize product strategies and merchandising rhythm.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities; conduct competitive analysis for key categories and develop actionable improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or merchandise operations; experience as an e-commerce buyer is a plus.
- Strong product sense, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong data analysis and interpretation abilities.
- High commercial awareness with a solid understanding of products, consumers, and market positioning.
- Strong coordination skills, fast learner, with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive projects effectively.
- Proficiency in written and reading English is preferred for communication with counterparts in different regions.
