Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically driven professional to lead regional market development initiatives in selected international markets. This role focuses on building structured B2B ecosystems, cultivating high-value partnerships, and establishing long-term market foundations rather than pursuing transactional sales objectives.
The primary mission is to evaluate market viability, design scalable collaboration frameworks, and activate GTB's integrated capabilities to support sustainable expansion and future in-market presence.
Engagement Structure
This opportunity is positioned as a senior strategic collaboration rather than a conventional employment role.
Initial engagement will be structured as a market-based partnership or advisory collaboration. As market traction strengthens and commercial milestones are achieved, the role may transition into:
- Country / Regional Lead
- Long-term Strategic Market Partner
Core ResponsibilitiesMarket Strategy & Expansion
- Formulate and execute structured go-to-market and expansion strategies within assigned territories
- Assess commercial feasibility and define scalable market development pathways
- Establish a qualified and sustainable long-term business pipeline
Strategic Partnership Development
Identify, engage, and manage high-impact B2B relationships, including:
- Nutraceutical and dietary supplement brand owners
- Health product distributors and channel operators
- Strategic industry partners such as direct selling groups, pharmacy chains, and specialty retail networks
OEM / ODM / CDMO Collaboration Leadership
- Structure partnership models and define cooperation frameworks
- Evaluate project viability and long-term commercial sustainability
- Facilitate cross-border manufacturing and product development alignment
Commercial Representation
Serve as the senior commercial interface in the local market:
- Lead executive-level negotiations
- Manage key stakeholder relationships
- Evaluate client needs, commercial alignment, and long-term strategic fit
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with headquarters to align:
- Pricing models and commercial structures
- Product development and manufacturing feasibility
- Regulatory pathways and compliance considerations
Market Intelligence & Strategic Insight
- Monitor and analyze competitive positioning and business models
- Assess regulatory developments, industry shifts, and potential risks
- Provide structured reporting and strategic recommendations
In later-stage development, contribute to evaluating local operational models, team setup, or potential physical establishment in-market.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a commercially mature and strategically oriented professional with:
- At least 3 years of experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or related B2B sectors
- Background in business expansion, structured B2B partnerships, or technically driven solution development
- Exposure to OEM / ODM / CDMO commercial collaboration models is highly valued
Additional requirements:
- Strong understanding of complex B2B negotiation environments
- Ability to manage multi-layered commercial arrangements and long-term alliances
- Familiarity with product development cycles and regulatory considerations
- Professional business communication skills in English and the local market language
- Mandarin Chinese capability is advantageous
