Job Description

Habitat Indonesia is seeking the expertise of an Individual Giving Manager is responsible for growing philanthropic support from High Network Individual donor by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donor relationships. The role typically manages annual giving programs, midlevel donor portfolios, donor communications, and supports special events.

Key Responsibility:

Fundraising & Donor Portfolio Management

  1. Manage and grow the Individual Giving / Annual Giving program, including campaigns such as employee giving, donor appeals, special campaigns, and mid-level donor programs.
  2. Maintain and cultivate a donor portfolio with structured stewardship and solicitation plans.
  3. Identify new donor prospects and build a pipeline toward Indonesian Development Council (IDC).

Campaign & Program Management

  1. Execute direct marketing activities including direct mail, digital fundraising, donor newsletters, and appeals.
  2. Support Habitat signature events (fundraisers, friendraisers, recognition events) to cultivate donors and prospects.
  3. Manage programs such as CEO Build Day, peertopeer fundraising, and thirdparty/causemarketing initiatives.

Donor Communications & Stewardship

  1. Develop donorcentered communication, including email campaigns, social media stories, and stewardship updates.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of donor interactions and maintain CRM/database records.

Collaboration & CrossDepartment Work

  1. Work closely with Board Member of Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, Corporate Engagement, Strategic Event, Volunteer Engagement, and leadership teams to create cohesive donor experiences.
  2. Coordinate with Field Teams or Communication Teams to gather stories and content for campaigns.

Strategic Planning & Performance

  1. Contribute to or co-develop multiyear strategies for individual giving aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Track performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and ensure compliance with fundraising best practices.

Job Requirements:

  1. 35 years of progressive fundraising or development experience.
  2. Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  3. Organizational and timemanagement skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
  4. Experience with High Priority management.
  5. Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends for events or donor meetings.
  6. Valid driver's license may be required for local travel.
  7. Excellent and professional.
