Indirect Category Buyer Supervisor

Your Tasks

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier selection, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract management.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives across indirect spend categories.
• Manage supplier performance, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Implement regional and global procurement strategies while providing local market insights.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Monitor procurement performance, spend visibility, and savings targets.
• Act as the local Procurement representative for Indonesia, supporting stakeholder engagement, procurement communications, and cross-functional collaboration.
  
  

Your Profile

• This opportunity is only open to professionals based in Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management.
• Proven track record of managing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and other local languages is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in procurement systems and digital sourcing tools.
