Blubridge Center is dedicated to creating a nurturing and empowering environment for children with developmental disabilities. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) / Verbal Behavior Therapy; which have been widely researched and proven scientifically to be effective in helping children reach their full potential. Our mission is to help these children thrive and effectively participate in the community. With the upcoming launch of our third center in Surabaya, we are also excited to expand our services across Indonesia.

Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to inbound inquiries by providing information about Blubridge Center's therapy services, programs, and enrollment process.
- Understand parents needs and concerns and provide relevant information, individualized based on their child's needs.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and convert inbound inquiries into consultations and assessments.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to support a smooth enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate customer data, inquiry status, and follow-up progress using the Blum system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Inbound Sales is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in English is required.
