IMT IT Business Product / Product Management Mandarin Speaker
Main Objective
- Assist the product team in the daily management, testing, and deployment of IT products for logistics operations, while utilizing Mandarin skills to facilitate clear communication and data translation between local and global teams
.Key Responsibilities
- Support the product management team in gathering and documenting basic business requirements from system users
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure new IT system features function correctly before deployment
- Help monitor daily IT product performance and collect feedback from operational teams to identify system bugs or areas for improvement
- Assist in translating technical documents, user guides, and system change requests between Indonesian and Mandarin
- Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve basic user issues related to the logistics software
- Prepare weekly reports regarding system usage and product testing progress for the team supervisor
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, or those with up to one year of experience in a similar IT or logistics support role
- Internship experience in product management, business analysis, or the logistics industry is a significant advantage
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical and operational terms accurately
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, mobile applications, or logistics operations
- Good analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willing to be based and work in the South Jakarta area
