Import Export Staff

PT. MAJU BERSAMA GEMILANG(hereinafter refer to as MBG) is subsidiary company of HENGTONG Group and located in KIK Industrial Park, Semarang, Indonesia, which is a hightech company specializing in the production of optical fiber, optical cable,ODN and Submarine cable. Responsibilities :

• Create PPKEK Import and Export documents
• Create BC 2.5 documents and conversion data
• Coordinate with Forwarder for Shipping management
• Coordinate with related departments regarding shipping and receiving goods
• Input data into IT Inventory System
• Administration of hardcopy and softcopy documents
• Manage payments and create weekly report

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Experience in EXIM min 1 years (Bonded Zone / SEZ preferable)
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Good in English
