Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an EXIM (Export & Import) Manager located in Banten, Indonesia. The EXIM Manager will oversee and manage import-export operations, ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, and coordinate with customs and other relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment activities, preparing compliance documentation, and working closely with logistics teams to optimize effective transportation and delivery solutions. The role also encompasses supervision of all related team activities and ensuring timely delivery schedules are met with high quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, trade regulations, and compliance

Experience in international trade logistics and customs clearance processes

Proficiency in documentation preparation, including bills of lading, invoices, and permits

Excellent organizational, planning, and team management skills

Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively

Proficiency in English and local language; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Trade, Logistics, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position
