  • Maintain Sortation Center/First Mile/Last Mile's implementation according to regulation and pattern
  • Ensure knowledge transfer properly and measure
  • Ensure all process end to end in Sortation Center (SOC) follow company's regulation
  • Ensure all Leader and Team Member known all the process

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Express/Logistics company for managing project and implementation across Indonesia
  • Excellent in problem solving
  • Good communication skill and leadership
  • Understand end-to-end operations and system
  • Willing to travel
  • Able to operate AutoCAD
  • Willing to be placed in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara
