Job Description:
- Maintain Sortation Center/First Mile/Last Mile's implementation according to regulation and pattern
- Ensure knowledge transfer properly and measure
- Ensure all process end to end in Sortation Center (SOC) follow company's regulation
- Ensure all Leader and Team Member known all the process
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Express/Logistics company for managing project and implementation across Indonesia
- Excellent in problem solving
- Good communication skill and leadership
- Understand end-to-end operations and system
- Willing to travel
- Able to operate AutoCAD
- Willing to be placed in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara
