If you're the kind of person who always knows what's cool before it hits the guidebooks someone with a sharp eye for experiences that feel both truly local and freshly reimagined and if you care about helping amazing small businesses thrive, you might be perfect for this role. We're looking for someone who loves people, is great at building relationships, and is a taste making legend. You'll be in charge of discovering incredible new experiences in Indonesia (like houseboat safaris to see orangutans or treehouse stays run by conservationists and farm to table private dining experiences), and bringing on board the passionate humans behind them. You'll also have a chance to use your creativity and help design brand new experiences. You'll need to be based in Bali, with work authorization, and have 2-4 years of work experience. Pay range: IDR 18-24M/month, depending on experience.

Sophie's Story

We often get asked, Who's Sophie But the truth is, there's no one named Sophie on our team. Sophie means wisdom in Greek. We chose the name because we want Seek Sophie to be about travel that helps you discover somethingabout yourself and the world around you. It's not just about lounging somewhere pretty or snapping photos for Instagram. It's the kind of travel that makes you feel whole. Like meeting a conservationist who poured his life savings into saving the sacred Balinese fireflies. Or hiking with a local who knows every bird by name and invites you to his granny's for lunch. We believe in travel that's personal, people-led and full of heart. That's why this role exists to find those stories and bring them to light.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Impact Partnerships Associate in Indonesia, you'll help Seek Sophie grow by curating and launching meaningful, off-the-beaten-path experiences. You'll be responsible for:

• Finding great new experiences in Indonesia especially ones that are cool, local-led, and not already on big travel platforms.
• Outreach to potential hosts contacting new partners via email, DMs, calls, or in person, and getting them excited about Seek Sophie.
• Onboarding hosts helping them create great listings with high-quality information and photos.
• Curating what makes the cut not every experience fits. You'll help vet them based on sustainability, cool factor, and whether they match our vibe.
• Hitting growth targets you'll have clear KPIs for bringing in high-quality partners every month.
• Building relationships with our host community staying in touch with hosts, identifying new growth opportunities, and helping them thrive.
• Co-creating novel experiences - communicating with partners to craft brand new experiences based on trends and customer feedback.

• Taste maker - You know what's cool before everyone else does; you're the go to person in your friend group when it comes to advice on what to do on a Saturday evening or when building an itinerary for a trip.
• Traveller - You've travelled throughout Indonesia and abroad and you know both the joys and the pain points of travelling with a purpose.
• Enjoys a challenge - You love to challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone.
• Purpose-driven You want your work to mean something and help others succeed.
• Organised and self-motivated You can manage your time, follow through, and hit your goals without being micromanaged.
• Comfortable with outreach You're not afraid to reach out cold, hop on a call, or pitch something you believe in. Speak fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia. Other languages a plus.
• Bonus: Experience in BD, partnerships, or community building is helpful (but not required).
