Job Description

Terrataiis a mission-driven company disrupting how to finance nature by de-risking

investments into businesses that protect, restore and manage our most at-risk ecosystems.

We provide early-stage finance and tailored company-building services to build businesses

that tackle the drivers of ecosystem and biodiversity loss in Asia's most at-risk land and

data reality of early-stage nature-based ventures. Your goal is to move the organization from

framework design to a functional, audit-ready data engine that informs investment strategies

and donor reporting.

This position reports directly to the CEO.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

on biodiversity, ecosystems, and local communities.

• Develop & manage data systems: Collect, map, and maintain datasets related to

environmental metrics and biodiversity indicators.

service valuation, carbon emission reduction methods, or incentives for sustainable

practices into our investment assessment process.

• Bachelor's degree in conservation science, ecology, biology or related fields; advanced

degree preferred.

real and consistently applied. Take a moment to reflect on whether this feels like you. If working

for this kind of company excites you, you'll likely thrive here. If it doesn't feel like a fit, that's

completely fine, but this role (and our team) may not be right for you.

Curiosity

You think deeply, question assumptions, and bring ideas. You seek feedback,

challenge your thinking, and take responsibility for getting better.
