This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong observational skills and a knack for descriptive writing. No photography, art, or AI background required — just a sharp eye and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do
- Write detailed, accurate descriptions of a wide variety of images — including photographs, illustrations, diagrams, and data visualizations
- Identify and articulate key visual elements such as objects, people, scenes, actions, and spatial relationships
- Follow structured guidelines to ensure consistent format, depth, and detail across all descriptions
- Maintain high accuracy and quality standards when working through large batches of images
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- Strong observational skills — you notice what others might miss
- Clear, descriptive writing ability in English
- Detail-oriented and consistent, even across repetitive tasks
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No photography, art, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, or communications
- Experience with visual media, design, or accessibility work
- Familiarity with annotation tools or content evaluation platforms
