IIPS OT Infosec Expert

We are currently looking for an Information & Intellectual Property Security for Operation Technology Information Security to support and strengthen our organization's OT Information Security initiatives. We are seeking professionals with strong expertise in industrial cybersecurity, OT/ICS environments, and information security best practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and update OT Network Security related policies and procedures.
• Organize and coordinate the OT Information Security (InfoSec) Management Group with OT Operations Managers and Engineers.
• Propose and drive the implementation of OT InfoSec continuous improvement initiatives and roadmap.
• Manage OT InfoSec-related projects and monitor their progress against the roadmap.
• Conduct regular on-site security reviews, audits, and risk assessments across manufacturing facilities.
• Establish OT InfoSec incident response and handling processes, and organize annual security drills.
• Provide regular reports to the IIPS Indonesia Team Leader regarding OT InfoSec risks, mitigation plans, and project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, OT Information Security, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of the deployment, operation, and maintenance of industrial control security solutions, including industrial firewalls, IDS/IPS, whitelisting software, network gateways, and security monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with the architecture and operation of PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems from leading vendors such as Siemens, Voith, Valmet, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, and other mainstream industrial control providers.
• Solid understanding of Industrial Ethernet and industrial communication protocols, including Modbus/TCP, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and OPC DA/UA.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and analyze abnormal network traffic through packet capture analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with automation engineers, production teams, and equipment vendors.
• Willing to work on-site in Serpong, Banten.

Preferred Certifications

• Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISP, CISSP, Security+, or other equivalent security certifications are highly preferred.
