Identity Security Engineer

Location: Gatot Subroto (Gatsu), Jakarta

Employment Type: Contract (Minimum 1 Year)

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, Normal Business Hours

Key Responsibilities:

•Perform day-to-day operational monitoring and support for Identity Security platforms, including:

oIdentity Governance & Administration (IGA)

oPrivileged Access Management (PAM)

oCustomer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)

oSecrets Management / Secret Manager

•Manage user onboarding, account provisioning, access profile administration, and related activities in accordance with approved SOPs and security standards.

•Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot issues or user complaints related to Identity Security platforms.

•Open support tickets and escalate issues to vendors or internal teams when problems cannot be resolved internally.

•Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide technical guidance related to identity solutions, user onboarding, and application onboarding requirements.

•Support platform maintenance, operational reporting, and documentation activities.

•Ensure compliance with security policies, operational procedures, and audit requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Security-related roles.

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:

o Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)o AWS Identity and Access Managemento Identity Governance &

Administration (IGA)

o Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)o Privileged Access Management (PAM)

o Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)

o Other Identity Security solutions

• Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance concepts.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
