Identity & Access Management Engineer

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering / Computer Science / Electro / System Information.

- Have 1-3 years experience in Support Engineer.

- Having knowledge on Cyberark Product, Security Application, and Networking (firewall, FTP, SSH).

- Having knowledge on Database and Operating System (Windows & Linux).

- Having knowledge on programming or application logic (Flowchart, Flow Process) and web application server (Apache Tomcat, WebLogic).

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability.

- Deliver troubleshoot and resolve customer issues per SLA.

- Document maintenance reports and escalate issues to the supervisor.
