Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing user identities and access rights, ensuring compliance with security policies, and implementing IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage user identities and access rights across various systems and applications.
• Implement and maintain identity governance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify and mitigate access-related risks.
• Provide support for identity access management tools and technologies.
• Monitor and respond to access requests and incidents in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-12 years of experience in Identity Access Management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and best practices.
• Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or Microsoft Azure AD.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
