We are seeking an experienced
ICT / ELV Engineer to
join our Building Services team in Jakarta and support the delivery of complex, high‑profile projects across
South East Asia. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to
mega projects across South East Asia, delivering integrated, future‑focused building solutions.
About The Role
You will be involved in the design, coordination and delivery of ICT and ELV systems across a diverse portfolio of projects. While you will be part of the
Jakarta‑based Building Services team, the
core delivery team is located in Singapore, requiring someone who can work
independently, proactively and with minimal supervision, while maintaining strong collaboration with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ICT and ELV systems for building projects
- Support delivery of large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects across South East Asia
- Coordinate ICT/ELV interfaces with building systems and other engineering disciplines
- Contribute to integrated building solutions, smart buildings and digital enablement
- Work independently while collaborating with a regionally distributed team
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value‑focused solutions
About You
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role within the ICT / ELV industry
- Current and proven experience as an ICT / ELV Engineer, with demonstrated design experience
Beneficial (but not mandatory) experience in projects within the following sectors:
- Buildings
- Data Centres
- Mission Critical Facilities
- Airports
- Commercial and Transport developments
Technical Knowledge And Experience In
- Building ICT infrastructure, including customer‑owned Outside Plant (OSP)
- Network and communication systems
- Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)
- Building ELV systems
- ICT / ELV systems and building systems and data integration
- Smart Buildings, IoT and data analytics
Highly Desirable
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Cybersecurity principles and implementation
- Sustainability‑focused digital and ICT solutions
- ICT / ELV industry certifications (e.g. BICSI, WiredScore/SmartScore, CCNA, HCIA, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of building industry standards and regulations
