Job Purpose

  • To drive an Organizations Vision & Mission by strategically identifying, accuiring, developing, and retaining TMIC Field Force (SBA & Merchandiser)

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partner & Field Force Management
    • Design Field Force strategy and allocation across Indonesia based on Customer Development strategy Powerhouse
    • Setting and Track Key Perfomance Index and Incentive based on Field Force Performance
    • Setting Basic Call Procedure and Time motion for Field Force
    • Setting performance matrix based on Red to Green matrix

  • Budget Management
    • Setting remuneration (Wage, UUCK, Allowance, etc) aligned with UU Ketenagakerjaan
    • Monitoring budget utilization, profitability, and cost restructuring
    • Design and track Field Force working tools (uniform, communication provide, etc)
    • Design retention program or benefit for field force

  • Perfect Store Management
    • Provide execution strategy for field force to implement perfect store
    • Monitoring and track perfect store and gain insight from field to improve field force performance
    • Provide data Analysis based on perfect store audit Result
    • Identify problems and opportunities to improve Perfect Store execution based on Field Force data audit.

  • Field Force Development
    • Design Field Force development plan and conduct development meeting by monthly
    • Provide new development idea align with current trend
    • Provide playbook and development materials as Field Force guidance
    • Conduct Survey & Workshop in terms of Field Force Performance

  • Content Creation
    • Provide idea and content plan for Field Force as our nano KOL to boost Brand campaign
    • Collab with professional talent to improve field force digital skill
    • Acquire best talent from field force to maintain as our affiliatior

  • Activation management
    • Design framework of activation related to business partner or field force collaboration with Category and account team
    • Monitor activation and track the performance result
What You Need To Succeed

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Usually 2-5 Years Of Experience In FMCG or Retail
  • Strong background in people management, budget management, and digital management
  • Proven track record of supporting operational teams with field execution

Business Skills

  • Skilled in people management and project management
  • Advance knowledge of people execution planning, analysis and reporting
  • Ability to translate performance data into the field force execution strategy
  • Strong understanding of Working policy based on Government policy
  • High creativity in digital scope to translate the campaign into attractive content

Personal Skills

  • Growth mindset: Anticipates challenges and seek opportunities before they become issues
  • Problem solving: creative and pragmatic approach to overcome obstacles
  • Collaborations: build strong relationship across business partner, customer development, finance, procurement, and category teams
  • Communication: clear, concise, and persuasive in presenting field force insights
