This is a part-time hybrid role for an IBDP Tutor based in Banten, Indonesia, with flexibility for some remote work. The IBDP Tutor will provide specialized instruction to students in International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) subjects, such as Mathematics, Sciences, Economics, Business Management, or Languages. The role includes designing lesson plans, guiding students with their Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE), conducting exam preparation sessions, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to students and their parents to support academic success.

• Strong knowledge and teaching experience in IBDP subjects, such as Mathematics, Sciences (Physics/Chemistry/Biology), Economics, Business Management, or English.
• Experience in providing guidance on IB Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), and exam preparation strategies.
• Effective communication, mentorship, and student feedback skills.
• Familiarity with working in hybrid environments and using digital tools to facilitate online teaching sessions.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study; certification or training in the IBDP curriculum is a strong advantage.
• Passion for education, adaptability, and ability to cater to the individual learning styles of international-school students.
