IB&A Senior Analyst Contract

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the execution of bond, sukuk and equity issuance transactions, including the preparation of registration documents and transaction-related materials.
• Assist in the development of investor teasers, presentations, information memorandums, and marketing materials for fundraising activities.
• Prepare and distribute transaction updates and investor communication materials in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and comparable company benchmarking using financial databases such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Review client backgrounds, financial information, and industry developments to support transaction execution and business development activities.
• Retrieve and analyze market data, league tables, and industry trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Legal & Compliance, Finance, Risk Management, and other relevant departments, to compile required documentation and ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including but not limited to clients, regulators, investors, legal advisors, and auditors, throughout the transaction process.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure assignments are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Audit, or related fields.
• Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg) and a basic understanding of capital market instruments, including bonds and sukuk.
• WPEE certifications is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa.
• Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
