We are looking for Hygiene Executive
As Hygiene Executive We Rely On You To
Direct Reporting to the Hygiene & QI Manager, the incumbent responsibilities are to ensure all Hygiene & Sanitation Policy & Procedure are adhered to & improvement are in place in all Departments. To lead all team member in accordance to the P&P compliance, facilitating learning process to all new colleagues/trainee/daily worker, as well as giving refresher to all parties. Leading & conducting Internal audit to ensure consistency of performance & arrange monthly management meeting to update the Hotel progress status.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Minimum 2 years Experience in similar capacity in International Chain Hotel / relevan field
- Graduate in Food Technology Major or microbiology, or Public Health (food safety and nutrition)
- Certified in HACCP, or ISO 22000
- Strong leadership Skill
- Self-Driven, willing to hard work & able to work under pressure
- Good analytical thinking & technology savvy
- Flexibility with working hours
- Facilitating skills & good interpersonal skills
- Good proficiency in English both written & spoken
