Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training of our HVAC products
- Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions for customers, dealers, and technicians
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery
- Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to understand new product features and incorporate them into training materials
- Maintain detailed training records and provide regular progress reports to management
Requirements
- Language Required: MANDARIN (only qualified candidates will be contacted)
- Minimum 1-2years of experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Strong teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices in the HVAC industry
- A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing high-quality training and support
