Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor at the Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran, located in Jimbaran. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, assisting in performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations. Additional responsibilities include acting as a resource for employees and collaborating with the management team to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with Employee Relations and Performance Management processes
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with workplace regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
