Role Description

The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandung. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting employee lifecycle processes. The Human Resources Supervisor manages performance management activities, assists leaders with coaching and feedback, and ensures compliance with local labor regulations. The role also handles employee relations matters, supports conflict resolution, and promotes a positive, inclusive work environment. Daily tasks include maintaining HR data and documentation, preparing HR reports, coordinating training and development initiatives, and partnering with management to align HR practices with business needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to oversee HR operations and support organizational goals.
• Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills to handle workplace issues, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive culture.
• Candidates should possess Performance Management skills to coordinate evaluations, goal setting, and development plans.
• Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of HR Policies to ensure consistent, compliant, and transparent people practices.
• Relevant skills such as knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software are beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in an HR supervisory or senior HR generalist role are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Bandung, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is expected.
