Qualification :

1. Bachelor's in HR / Management / Psychology with 3-5 years of experience

2. Strong organizational, interpersonal & time management skills

3. Proficient in HR Software, Ms Office & Labor Laws

4. Fluent in English & Bahasa with community engagement skills
