Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Screen, interview, and recommend suitable candidates.
- Oversee onboarding and probation evaluation processes.
2. Employee Relations
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive working environment and company culture.
- Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure employment contracts and personnel documentation are properly managed.
- Monitor attendance, leave administration, and employee movements.
4. Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with tax and social security requirements.
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience handling payroll and HR compliance.
