Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
  • Screen, interview, and recommend suitable candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding and probation evaluation processes.

2. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Promote a positive working environment and company culture.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure employment contracts and personnel documentation are properly managed.
  • Monitor attendance, leave administration, and employee movements.

4. Payroll & Compensation

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and social security requirements.

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in internal audits and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience handling payroll and HR compliance.
