Manage and monitor the end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill manpower requirements for both operational and support functions.
Coordinate with operational teams and management to identify manpower needs, hiring priorities, and workforce requirements across the Lampung area.
Handle daily HR Operations, including employee administration, attendance, manpower records, employee movements, and other HR-related activities.
Handle Employee Relations & Industrial Relations matters, including employee discipline, workplace conflicts, grievances, violations, and other employee-related cases in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor employee attendance, performance, productivity, and turnover, and provide recommendations for improvement to management.
Support the implementation of training and development programs, SOPs, company policies, and HR initiatives across operational areas.
Ensure the implementation of HR policies and processes in accordance with company regulations and applicable Indonesian labor laws.
Handle and provide solutions for HR issues in the field, including disciplinary actions, employee complaints, warning letters (SP), and employee relations cases.
Prepare and submit regular HR reports covering manpower, recruitment progress, turnover, attendance, employee cases, and other HR activities.
Coordinate with Head Office HR, area management, and operational teams to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to supervisors, team leaders, and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
Conduct regular visits to operational sites and maintain close communication with employees and operational teams to identify and resolve HR issues promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with strong exposure to HR Operations.
Previous experience as an HR Supervisor, Senior HR Officer, HR Generalist, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in logistics, courier/express delivery, warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or other operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, and Manpower Planning.
Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, including PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS, disciplinary actions/warning letters (SP), termination, and industrial relations processes.
Experienced in handling employee cases, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, grievances, and other HR issues in operational environments.
Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively with employees at different organizational levels and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of preparing and analyzing HR reports.
Willing to work mobile and be based in Lampung.
Able to work independently, demonstrate strong initiative, and manage multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to follow up on HR matters until resolution.
