Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor at ARYA PROPERTIES, located in Kuta. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible under HR Manager for overseeing daily HR activities, managing employee relations and performance management, developing and maintaining HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves guiding and supporting the HR team and collaborating with other departments to promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management

Proficiency in developing and maintaining HR Policies

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Experience with Hiring procedures is mandatory

Willing to be relocate to Bali

Fluent in spoken and written English

3-5 years of experience in human resources supervision
