Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing talent to onboarding the opening team.
- Manage employee records, payroll administration, and BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan).
- Ensure all HR operations comply with Indonesian Labor Laws.
- Organize staff training programs and foster a positive company culture under the Danapati brand.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel.
- Solid understanding of labor regulations and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle employee relations with empathy.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Placement: Bali
