PT Medco Power Energi Services (MPES), is one of subsidiary of Medco Power Indonesia (MPI) based in North Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is looking for professionals with the following qualifications:
Job Description :
- Coordinate and control the overall HR Function and activities through the development and implementation in order to build organizational capability required, create a good working climate and as a strategic partner that will effectively and efficiently support company's business operations excellence and growth
- Maintain and monitor the implementation of HR activities including the development and administration of strategy, policies and procedures
- Provide support to all functions in the area of human resources such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, and industrial & employee relations,
- Monitor administration process related to HR in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency
- Prepare HR related cost budget and ensure the actual implementation in line with that budget
- Conduct employee performance appraisal every year
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree Law, Psychology, and others related majors
- Complete understanding on employment law and regulation in Indonesia
- Have a good communication skill
- Fluently both speaking and written in English
- Minimum 3 year's experience in the same field
Term and Conditions:
- Willing to relocate to Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi, Indonesia (Local Talent is highly welcomed)
- Willing to work under NO ROSTER Working Schedule
