Human Resources Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Hexamatics Servcomm, a division of Hexa Business, is focused on providing HR outsourcing solutions, including HR administration, HRIS software, payroll services, recruitment, legal compliance, and employee contracts. Hexa Business supports both local and international organizations aiming to optimize their HR operations.

This is a contract-based, on-site role located in Jakarta for a Human Resources Specialist fluent in Mandarin. The specialist will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including managing HR policies, implementing HR processes, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and enhancing employee satisfaction through effective HR practices.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including knowledge of recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR Management, including workforce planning and HR analytics.
• Experience in implementing and enforcing HR Policies and legal compliance practices.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and expertise in addressing employee needs effectively.
• Capability in Personnel Management, such as conflict resolution and performance management.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and experience working in an international environment is preferred.
