Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Lombok. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance documentation, and offboarding. The role includes administering employee benefits, maintaining HR records, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied. The specialist will support line managers on personnel matters, advise on compliance with local labor regulations, and help resolve workplace issues in a fair and confidential manner. In addition, this role will contribute to HR initiatives such as engagement activities, training coordination, and the development of a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation, communication, and compliance with applicable labor laws.
  • Proven experience in Personnel Management, including supporting managers with performance, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a commitment to fairness, confidentiality, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lombok, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic real estate development environment.
  • Experience in Indonesian labor law, real estate or construction sectors, and proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are highly beneficial.
