Recruitment: Lead recruitment activities for the Indonesian plant factory, encompassing job analysis, channel management, interview coordination, and process tracking to ensure rapid staff onboarding.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage employee attendance, payroll calculations, social security contributions, and welfare distribution, ensuring high levels of accuracy and legal compliance.
Training & Development: Assist in designing and implementing employee training programs, developing courses on operational standards and safety skills, and optimizing overall training effectiveness through feedback and system improvements.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Law, Psychology, or related fields. Preference is given to candidates familiar with Indonesian labor laws and local employment policies.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in any module (recruitment, compensation, training, or employee relations). Experience in manufacturing, especially the automotive industry, is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in at least one HR module and the ability to quickly adapt to HR systems and perform basic data analysis.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Indonesian is mandatory; fluency in either Chinese or English is required. Advanced proficiency in both is preferred.
Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong cross-cultural management capabilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trust with employees. And able to adapt in fast-pace working environment.
